Eligibility:
- Price matching is available exclusively for Rewards customers. New customers must enroll in the program to qualify.
- All customers can earn reward points on price-matched items.
- For price-matched items, we offer the best available price.
How Price Matching Works at Our NJ Dispensary
- Provide proof of a current, lower-priced item from a competitor’s website, advertisement, or receipt (acceptable on phone; screenshots without a visible date are not accepted).
- The product must be identical and in stock, matching in brand, product name, size, weight, flavor/strain, and quantity.
- Price matching is available in-store only; verification occurs at checkout.
Guidelines and Limitations
- Customers must present the competitor’s listing or advertisement for verification, which can be from a website, online menu, or receipt.
- Competitors must be legal, licensed, and located in New Jersey.
- The competitor’s price must be valid at the time of the match; verification may include contacting the competitor.
- No rain checks are issued for out-of-stock items at A21.
- Price matching excludes taxes; applicable taxes are added to A21 transactions.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer for local price matches.
Exclusions
- Introductory or limited-time offers from competitors are not eligible for price matching.
- Storewide or flash sale discounts from competitors will not be matched.
- Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts; the greater discount will be applied.
- Price matching is not available during A21 storewide sale days.
